A rock-solid partnership to deliver award winning hardscapes, and outdoor living spaces to more of the Twin Cities, South Metro area!

We’re very excited to announce that Exterior Enterprises has teamed up with Devine Design Hardscapes. This partnership allows us to combine the expertise of both companies, and expand the footprint of Paul Devine’s award winning designs. While our primary service area will continue to be focused on the Twin Cities – South Metro (Rosemount, Lakeville, Eagan, Apple Valley, and Prior Lake) – this partnership gives us the ability to take on more portfolio projects throughout the greater Minneapolis and St. Paul area.

In addition to enhancing our ability to service a broader South of the River market and schedule more portfolio projects, this partnership will also result in streamlined operations, and cost efficiencies. This means we’re able to deliver these award winning designs at more competitive prices without sacrificing quality and customer service.

While this partnership is already under way, in Fall 2024 – both companies will continue to operate solely under the Exterior Enterprises name.
