This beautiful home is in the Evermoor neighborhood in Rosemount, MN. Our clients wanted to create a comfortable space for their young family to hang out and entertain friends and family.

We designed a patio that would feature built in seating, stone steps, a grill and provide enough space for a large family to relax outside in comfort.

We incorporated matching Onyx accents into both the patio surface and our vertical features to create a nice continuity throughout the project.

The gas grill is hooked up to the home’s gas supply so it does not require propane and is very efficient. Our client really like the subtle clean lines the Broadmour paver offered and the pavers are pre-sealed to protect against stains and fading.

This project has it all and our clients will get years of enjoyment from it.
